 |
God is always at work around you. |
 |
God actively seeks a loving and personal
relationship with you. |
 |
God invites you to become involved
with Him in His work. |
 |
God speaks to you by the Holy Spirit,
through the Bible, prayer, circumstances,
and the Church to reveal Himself,
His purposes, and His ways. |
 |
Your response to God’s invitation
to work with Him will require major
changes in your belief about God,
followed by faith and action. |
 |
You must make major adjustments in
your life to join God in what He is
doing. |
 |
You will learn to know God by your
own experience as you obey Him and
as He works through you. |
| |
|
-
Before you
can work closely with God, you
must first accept Jesus as your
Lord and Savior.
-
As you follow
Jesus one step at a time, He will
keep you in the center of God’s
will. Jesus is the only road map
you need.
-
Look to the
Bible to learn what God says and
how He works; then make your decisions
based on Biblical principles.
-
Ask the right
question, which is, “What
is God’s will?
-
God is always
at work around you. Watch to see
where God is working and join
Him there.
-
To be a servant
of God you must be moldable in
God’s hand.
-
Apart from
God you can do nothing, but God
can do anything through you.
-
You come to
know God by your experiences with
Him, as you obey Him and as he
does His work through you.
-
God reveals
what He is about to do. This is
your invitation to join Him.
-
You can not
stay the way you are when you
go to work with God; you must
deny yourself and be God-centered.
-
You must wait
until God shows you what He is
about to do through you.
-
You are His
servant, you adjust your life
to what He does; you do not tell
God what you want to do.
-
God still speaks
to His people. He will speak to
you when you have a close loving
relationship with Him. The moment
God speaks to you is the moment
for you to respond without hesitation.
-
God develops
your character to match the assignment
He has for you.
-
Whatever God
starts, He finishes. If you do
not have clear instructions from
God, pray and wait. Do not try
to bypass His plans.
-
When God speaks
to you, your response requires
faith. Genuine faith is demonstrated
by action. Do not grow weary in
being faithful. A reward awaits
faithful servants.
-
When people
see that your assignment is so
big that only God can do it, they
come to know God.
-
Your obedience
is costly to those around you.
You can trust God to care for
your family.
-
When God sees
that you are obedient and faithful
in a little, He will be able to
trust you with more.
-
You need to
be very careful that your testimony
about what God has done only gives
glory to Him.
-
God can cause
your small influence to have far-reaching
effects.
